Friendly staff especially at breakfast. Breakfast was good. Room very comfortable and clean, good size. Dinner in pub was fine, decent value standard pub grub.A bit noisy later but to be expected in a pub on a Saturday night and was mentioned on booking details. Quietened down by 11.30.

We loved the size and finish of the room. There was a small fridge with fresh milk and water in. On the side there were free scones. The hisrlts were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The shower was big and lovely. Would stay there again.

Beautiful interior, lots of character. Luxury furnishings. Feather down quilt, luxury feather pillows. Double lined hand made thermal curtains beautifully made. High quality furniture, beautiful fixture and fittings. Lovely homemade Welsh cakes in a cute little glass dome, and real milk in the fridge, not your normal long life pods. Nice touch!

Great location at the edge of Brecon Becons, close to lots of optional activities (Zip World and Dare Valley Country Park were our highlights). The cottage itself is full of lots of little extras to help make the stay more enjoyable e.g., sharp knives which are a rarity in holiday cottages! Shower was also very good and daughter loved the bunk-beds.
A really tidy and clean house with a good feeling about it. NIce facilities, plenty of kitchen stuff, nice decor, doorstep parking, quite village with shops, nice part of Wales, super helpful hosts (not in your face either). Couldn't fault it.
My room was overlooking the river, the view was lovely and the sound of the river was beautiful. it feels quite isolated but is really a part of the village. The room was spotlessly clean and Sue, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly. the balcony is fab for sitting peacefully, watching the river and relaxing.
We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s gorgeous Victorian villa. The well sized room was immaculate and beautifully appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. It was quiet and peaceful, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. The location is also great - a few minutes walk from the main street with all the shops and restaurants on it. Jo was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it!
