This is the most wonderful place to stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer or come in better weather to really enjoy the property. The rooms are named, not numbered, with a common area between them. Very large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Wonderful breakfast with a selection of homemade jams & breads. Our hostess was absolutely the most gracious we’ve had! We walked out the property in the rain just before we left to get the feel for the place. Right on the Dordogne. We highly recommend! It was a very pleasant experience in an authentic castle among wineyard. The interior decoration keeps as original but with a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The chateau has a very nice natural environment and as for very few guest, all the great view and peace is for you! Our host was very kind who prepared delicious homemade breakfast. I will definitely give a 10 and highly recommend!!
