The location was very peaceful, the owner very welcoming and lovely.
The accommodation had everything you would ever need and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
I would recommend staying at La Grange.

Very cool when the temperatures were soaring. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Free parking across the road. Near to the Loire. Nice village. Nice terrace out front. Very quirky property.
The owners went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The villa was utterly outstanding, the food delicious, the room was huge, clean and beautiful, all facilities needed were provided, good location, view to the Loire river. Would definitely come back. They have a well behaved and very cute dog. 🐕 ❣️
Lovely stop over enroute to Calais - gorgeous property managed by a lovely couple. Wonderful location looking over Loire river and had beautiful walks with our dog along riverside. Very short walk to village centre and had a great meal at a popular local bistro which the owners kindly booked for us. Already planning our return ! Thank you.
Beautiful old house in lovely gardens, communication with James was easy, we are not French speakers and he spoke good English. He was kind enough to contact us as we were travelling to Le Clos du Roc and ask us if we would like him to book a restaurant for that evening. I am glad we did as his recommendation of La Berlot in the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire was a great choice…. We had an aperitif on the terrace then We walked through the garden and up some steps into the town.
Staying in a chateau-hotel like this one has to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. This property looks very much like the chateaux you visit on the Loire Valley and the chateau estate is possibly much better than most of them, with an impressive tomato garden, caves and a very large web of alleys to walk on the estate. The hotel staff is very courteous, they arranged a reservation to dinner for us on the village nearby since we called too late for reserving dinner at the chateau.
Wonderful charming house, with great sleeping rooms, with a big living and dining room. The big kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools for cooking and dining including spices, and basic ingredients like sugar, oil etc. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. You can park in the yard if you are travlling by car. I can fully recommend this holiday house in the Loire valley.
