Due to circumstamces, we had to rebook our stay at last notice and ended up in the Elégante villa. We were so lucky. Our hosts arrived within 20 minutes of our last minute booking, which was extraordinary. The house was clean, big and the hosts made us feel welcome. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We wanted to go rock climbing in the forrest at Fountainebleau, which was only a short drive. I would definately go back.

I really appreciated the personal and friendly reception by the host! The apartment is very clean (!) and the host paid attention to small details in decoration. All the amenities were there, from toaster, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner & huge television, etc! On top of that the host was really supportive and flexible. Easy in communication!

The apartment itself was wonderful: spacious, bright and airy. The location was ONLY convenient because it was near a location where we could get a covid test for our flight 2 days later. There is NOTHING of interest in Dammarie-lès-Lys itself and it is VERY inconvenient for a visit to Paris.

As soon as we entered the property, we were transported to a fairy tale land as the gardens are beautiful and the nature there is just breathtaking. We were warmly welcomed by the host, Mr. Pascal. The check-in was simple. Mr. Pascal gave us the feeling that we were being welcomed like family. The apartment was very well equipped and we had a great stay there. It is a very quiet property and one can just walk out of it and can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the Seine. There are plenty of walks available for which we did not have time. There's definitely a lot to discover there! We also found it very handy that a big supermarket is nearby.
