We had a fantastic stay with this lovely family . It it a home away from home . They are very kind, sweet, great sense of humour, and they respect your privacy. Lovely breakfast and the best eggs… We thought we would miss an airconditioning but since the house is on the river, the rooms are very cool, because of that! The lady of the house helped my husband to fix his shirt. Breakfast is served in their lovely garden! I can fully recommend staying here!

It is an early 18th century family castle that has been preserved over the centuries. The couple who own the place are lovely, ready to assist with any of our needs. The bedroom was spotless, overlooking a small pond. Windows open at night put you in the middle of nature at it's best. A wonderful experience it was.

After a different host cancelled our booking in Coulommiers on the day of arrival, we had to arrange a last minute booking with Le Capucin Serein and they were extremely accommodating and responded to our messages straight away. It was very helpful in a stressful situation. The location was great, an excellent bakery a few doors down from the accommodation. The accommodation was really comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Surprisingly easy to find in the middle of the countryside near some beautiful little villages. Dominic was an incredibly welcoming and friendly host. Very glad to find somewhere with space for three kids and really nice to say somewhere so chilled. Loved the garden too. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended.
