Don't go there. Is harible place the owner is acting like mafia. They don't give correct adres to travelers perpeusly to get the money and rent the bed to others. Took me 2 hours driving to find the place. I was almost going to Police to say they got my money but they don't wanna give the bed. I was thinking maybe i have to sleep in the car. Was disapointment. The owner misleading people with nonsense pictures. Nobody would sleep there and go to that place if the owner shows the real pictures and situation inside. This is dirgusting place. Just do not belive and do not go there. I would not even wanna go there again for free . If you do not wanna have bad experiance just do not buy thair leis and nonsense storries and pictures. After 1 hout waiting infrant of the bilding and many calls and written massage they sent someone to pick me up and show me the real adres. This playce should get close. It is dengres and not healthy. I am a witnes and wictom and if someone wanting to sue them i will be there as witnes. I am asking booking.com to close this place and call to police authoroties that the place is not good for people health and they just wanna get the money and not giving bed. If you say to naibeurs you are ganna go to police they sent someone to pick you up and give the the bed. I will never ever sleep there again.

The location was a good surprise, tucked away safely from the main road with the tram, restaurants and a big supermarket within 2 minutes. I even found an edgy theater play at MC93, and went for a cycle ride along the canal on shared bikes within 5 minutes of the flat. The area does seem a bit rough first, but I always felt safe and the flat is very comfy, with everything you need for a few days and good beds. I might come back with the kids to take advantage of the football and basketball courts behind the building and be in Paris within ~40 minutes.
