Villa Maria is a charming, authentic bed-and-breakfast-type stay, effectively a large home in which the owners and family reside with a number of additional and spacious bedrooms that they expertly let out, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We stayed in the spacious family suite, an entire upstairs private wing with two large bedrooms separated by a lovely spa-like bathroom and separate toilet room, with the owners providing all of the smallest highest-quality amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional breakfast, w fresh breads and even honey by their very own bees on the property no less, all prepared for us at the time of our choosing each morning. The indoor pool facility is a real highlight, we thoroughly enjoyed making use of it, and given the still relatively small size of the property, usually enjoyed having it all to ourselves on actually two different stays now. We'll be back!

Breakfast delicious, every day with a fresh home-made 'extra' by the hostess, some based on old local recipes she kindly comparted with us. On arrival, in the evening with everything already closed, the host was so kind to sell us one of his own bottles of wine to have a nice evening and brought us glasses and everything, so kind! My daughter even got a ride from the host on his truck. We had a wonderful 3 days there, en-route to Austria. Little kitchen with microwave where you can cook a simple meal if you wish.

The maison is very comfortable and cosy, extremely clean, in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was very good. But the real difference is made by Noemie and Julien, who are very attentive, helpful and extremely kind. Everything was just perfect, I really felt at home!
