Excellent location, easy access to the reserved underground parking space. apartment was spacious and comfortable. Met the needs of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely big terrace. Boulangerie downstairs is a real bonus- fabulous bakery. Beach is an easy 5-10 min walk and centre of Aix is about 20 mins walk. Welcome pack from hosts was a nice touch. Good communication with Caroline and Eric prior to arrival made handover of keys very easy.

The location was good and all evething was walking distance. People where great and helpful. Food especially if brought frome the local market which is less than a minute walk on certian days will not disappoint !!

Lovely modern apartment, located on the third floor of a secure building with an underground car park. Jean-Michel met us and showed us through the apartment, handing over the keys and explaining everything, The apartment is clean and has everything you could need to make your stay amazing. The bathroom is large and modern with a washing machine. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, and every appliance you could need. It was lovely to wake up each day and see so many mountains from the windows and the balcony. A ten minute walk down the street, through the underpass, and you're into the centre of the old town. The quiet street also meant it was easy to get the car in and out, and drive in any direction easily to enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Great location in the absolute city centre.
The house has great architecture. The apartment had multiple connected balconies, a well equipped kitchen and washroom. We were able to wash our clothes, get a good rest, even listen to some live music that was performed in the park close by, and continue our travels the next day.
The parking in the city in general was payable so we parked a couple streets away.
The host was very helpful.

I recently spent a month at Villa Russie St Enogat while working in the Region, and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa is conveniently close to the center of Aix-les-Bains and parking outside was hassle-free. It is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Julie, the host, was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
One of the best breakfast since long time ago. Hotel location is perfect in the hearth of the village. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the pool.
Julie, who welcomed us, was perfect, kind, professional and charming. The studio was spotless, functional and well organised, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. When the sun came out and the builders had gone home, the terrace was lovely. The exterior of the villa is beautiful.
The apartment is even more beautiful that what you see on the photos. It’s decorated with a lot of taste, super clean with any kind of equipment that you need. Perfect for long and short stays. We loved super comfy beds and our looong breakfasts with a view. The hosts are extremely kind and welcome. Our stay was just wonderful. Thank you Villa Casanova!
