A very cute little house with a kitchen/sitting room, bathroom and a good size bedroom. The real charm is the roof terrace with great views, but we didn't use it because of the rain. Also a wood stove, essential for heating in the winter, and Miguel kindly got the firewood for a modest fee. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cups, plates, bowls, glasses, an espresso maker and a very efficient induction stovetop, the best I have used. Coffee, oil and vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, and also breakfast bread, which was a very nice touch. The bed is very comfortable with good warm covers, and the bathroom is well stocked and has a small heater, very handy.

Great location. Absolutely loved our host Miguel and his wife. They genuinely cared that we had an excellent experience in Pampaneira. Recommended great restaurants and hikes. All the meals at casa de abuela were great. I'd give Casa Pepo and Pampaneira 20 stars if we could. One of the highlights of our trip to Spain 😁

it is in a great location. the hosts were ready to help with any problem. when we couldn’t figure out the hot water the father in law Pepe came to our rescue. He was like an angel to us. When he saw us waiting at the bus stop on route to Bubion he stopped and out of pure kindness gave us a ride!! we are so grateful to Pepe and the open hearts of this family.
