There is plenty of good lighting throughout the house and mostly good quality furniture. The best part is that you are very close to the water and to the Swiss border. Stein am Rhein is a beautiful medieval town withing walking distance.

The location is very quiet and the view of the lake is amazing. The sitting area in the downstair and balcony is unique and wonderful. We were 4 - 2 adults and 6y and 2y kids. The location is excellent. By car it's 5 min to the beach, 4 min to Lidl and 40 min to Konstanz. There is a couple of hiking routes just around the house. The host is very responsive and helpful, quick to message back and provided with all the utilities needed. Everything in the apartment was superclean and of high quality. We loved the bathtub in the bathroom. There was a wonderful playground and a table-tennis table near the house for use. My wife as a coffee fan was happy to find a capsule coffee-machine in the kitchen which she used every morning.
