Host is helpful. Manual for every appliance. Temperature was set in such a way that you don't feel cold at all. TV, Radio and all entertainment related stuff was there. The rooms/apartments are very nice and clean, very thoughtfully prepared for families (changing table, extra bedding for kids etc), and the breakfast is amazing.
