The apartment is set in a quiet leafy middle class neighbourhood with nice shops and restaurants. We felt very safe and it was very quiet. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Transport to central Berlin was easy. We used the free park and ride at a nearby train station and door to door we were in central Berlin in under an hour.

We loved the hosts, we loved the place, we loved everything about this stay. :D ♥ You meet awesomely friendly and awesomely kind hosts, and as soon as they hand you the keys of this lovely place, you feel like "home" immediately. The place has an elegant design, with every single item: clean , functional, picked from high quality materials and brands. Every single living-time detail is also considered for their hosts as well.. It was like a customized heaven :D There were even fresh flowers in the flat... so amazing! The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We managed to lock ourselves out one day when the hosts were themselves on travel, but we called them and they connected us with their son who had a spare. That was such a relief! And they were all supportive about it. We were there by public transport and the host said he'd have picked us up from the U5 metro stop had he known. (Thank you :-) ). He also offered us a bike if we needed one, but we didn't. The neighbourhood is quiet and green and the 20-25min walk to the U5 metro is very pleasent. My wife, who has trouble sleeping, slept just fine after pulling out all the plugs in the apartment. The apartment has netting on one of the windows, which is a blessing in hot mosquito seasons. There's seating and lounge chairs outside in the garden. It was a pleasure to sit outside in the sun. We would like to go again and enjoy more of the local surroundings.
