This place deserves infinite stars. There are not enough words to describe this pearl. Quaint little B&B. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is managed by a nice and funny couple. The place has a lot of cachet and is very personal to the owners/managers. The owner is cooking himself and I can only recommend to eat at the Pensione Agra, which serves ticinese (local) food. The place is located in a very calm village, almost at the end of the main road - it's very calm. The most pleasant part was the amazing sunrise that you can admire, with the scenic view enhanced by the small chapel located next to the hotel.
A wonderful place in an outstanding location. We had one of the hotel-type rooms, with a balcony overlooking mountainous scenery, in a very quiet village in Swiss Ticino, just a short drive to Lugano and a short walk to other hilltop villages. The hosts were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Their restaurant (and breakfast) everything one could wish for in a simple, local trattoria.
the owner are very friendly and helpful. the location is situated in a peaceful quiet village. they also helps us to find parking for our 3 vehicles. breakfast is also good especially the crossaint bread.
The hostess was amazing. She's running a hotel and serving all the guests in the small restaurant. She was extremely polite and gracious in helping us understand a menu written in Italian and German. The food was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were quite nice. Accommodations were pretty standard, 3 small beds and a shared bath. Property is in a cute village with very easy access to Lugano and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it.
