Staff was very helpful - they enabled early check-in adn late check-out and also airport transfers, we were very glad for it as it really helped. The flat is very spacious and all worked well, the machine for hot/cold water was very handy. 20 BD voucher provided.

Coconut Bay Lodge - Beribi is situated in Bandar Seri Begawan, 5.9 km from Istana Nurul Iman, 6.4 km from Hua Ho Department Store, and 7.1 km from The Mall.
Excellent location , right on the waterfront and in walking distance to most of the city sights .Also small supermarkets just outside the door and main shopping mall 3 mins walk away .
The room was clean and well appointed with coffee-making facilities, fridge, , iron and ironing board , TV, and reasonable WiFi.
Great view out onto the river and water village .
Staying with Kem and Andrew in the watervillage was an amazing and unique experience. So authentic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and interesting hosts. Great location on the water, but just a minute away from the city center. I loved the breakfasts, the outside area and the relaxed feeling of staying in this home.
This is a truly exceptional place and by far the best place you can stay during your visit to Brunei. The hostess is kind and very helpful and great company. The location of the lodge itself makes is a really unique experience. The lodge is located on the edge of Kampong Ayer, the village on the water, and can only be accessed by taking one of the many boats. Don’t forget to go for dinner in the Kampong and explore the village on foot!
Charming eclectic artistic decor with a very homey personable feel to it.  It is a private home in an excellent location in the water village. It is only a two or three minute ferry ride across to the main part of town. The hosts are exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming.
The air conditioning in the fan were very good. 
The location is excellent – right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to major attractions. It is right across the river from the water village.
Lovely and unique accommodation in the fascinating water village, Kampong Ayer. Super easy to get back and forth to the city center with the readily available water taxis. Friendly and warm hosts and lots of nice extras.
Yani the homestay manager was very friendly and helpful. She made large and delicious breakfasts every morning. The homestay is near the village restaurants. We enjoyed kayaking and the sunset on the beach. The homestay provided free use of the kayaks and bikes. Airport shuttle was also a free service.
The hotel staff were brilliant! They really couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable, not terribly spacious but enough for all ones needs. The location was also excellent. Very close to the large Masjid, park, water village, canal, museums, malls and local shops. The local people are friendly and polite.
