We had a fantastic stay here!💗 The flat is fully equipped and the kitchen has absolutely everything, including even such things as salt, petter, spices, oil, vinegar and so on, so rare in rented flats. The beds are very comfortable, the We were welcomed with 2 bottles of cold water, it saved us after driving in hot weather. The hosts are very welcoming and nice, we really felt home. The windmill of course makes this place unique and so beautiful. We loved to watch the horses, to have a cup of tea on the small terrace, to relax in this calm and charming place. Before the departure the hosts showed us their garage with the retro cars they have! Right in the next building there is a nice restaurant, I'm the surroundings there are 3 supermarkets, few restaurants and bars. The location is convenient to visit Gent, Bruges, Antwerpen and the sea-side of course. I hope to come back again!

Very comfy beds, beautiful clean room that was very quiet at night. The room was located close to the city center. A badge to open both the front door as the room itself was very handy.

our recent weekend stay at anno 1673 was a most delightful treat in the countryside of ertvelde... isabel & mario have built a beautiful B&B that is modern in its facilities and function with a tasteful nod to architectural design and history...the surrounding open farmland and the peacefulness makes for a very relaxing atmosphere to sit & enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning koffie... our room had everything we needed, very comfortable & spacious, and the few requests we made, were given promptly & much to our satisfaction... including dinner recommendations for il posto giusto ... so good, we ate there twice! and then, there was breakfast... fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh breads with meats, cheeses and fresh strawberries with fresh-whipped cream on top embellished with shavings of white chocolate...sinful & delicious which made for a perfect start to a great day... we enjoyed getting to know mario & isabel during our stay, and look forward to visiting again...

Easy check in, clean, and had all the necessities. The country location is wonderful to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Watchung the horses is a nice way to pass some time. Easy short drive to Ghent or Brugge if tourism is on your agenda. And a visit from Dulce the friendly dog was a nice bonus!

The location was perfect, meeting to collect the keys was super easy. The apartment itself is lovely, nicely set out and decorated. It had everything we needed, most especially the washing machine and dryer.
