I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Caspian Seaside Village in Baku with my business colleagues during COP-29, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were there for four days of leisure, and this beautiful property exceeded all our expectations.
The location is perfect—nestled near the Caspian Sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambiance that made it an ideal escape from our busy schedules. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The real highlight, however, was the host. I can confidently say that they are one of the most amazing individuals I have met in Azerbaijan. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging local recommendations to making sure we were always comfortable.
I highly recommend Caspian Seaside Village to anyone visiting Baku, whether for business or leisure. The combination of a serene environment, excellent facilities, and an exceptional host truly sets this place apart. I’m looking forward to returning on my next trip to Azerbaijan!

Wonderful homestay
Before departure we had contact on WhatsApp about directions and road condition. Rahma and his family are used to guests. On one hand they welcome you in the family and guide you in the village. On the other hand they respect your privacy. The local, delicious food was served whenever we wanted it. We had a private room, bathroom shared. You will be surprised by the lovely three-year-old daughter and the protecting dog. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you, Rahma!
