This is not a motel but rather a farm stay. In he middle of an expanse of lawn with ducks and chooks and dogs around, there is a large "studio/apartmen" (about 60 sq.metres). Neat and clean, simply but tastefully furnished.
A big bathroom with a huge shower. Ample supply of crockery and cutlery, fridge, microwave oven, etc., better than in some motels. We are retirees and stayed only one night, but this would suit a family for an extended stay.
