Excellent location - yes a small walk uphill from the town but nothing major and it was worth it for the wonderful views! Property is wonderful - modern, clean and stylish! The staff is very friendly.
The rooms, maybe basic for some guests, are clean and with a balcony to enjoy the view.
There is also a very good restaurant downstairs open in the evenings (just remember it is not open every day).
You have also a free place to park your car.
The breakfast. although a bit basic, was very tasty and plentiful.
You get a "Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card" which allows you to enjoy a lot of things for free or with a discount (cable cars, boar trips, buses etc.).

The apartment was very well stocked, with everything we needed for a few days in Zell am See. Communication with David was clear and thoughtful from the start. The apartment was well equipped with appliances, and cooking utensils. So we had the option of eating in with our little one or going out which was appreciated. The location is excellent, right close to everything without being noisy. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Luckily they provided Summer card to allow you to use free transportation and free many excursions in Zell am see and Kaprun. I had a wonderful experiences from the summer card -- Schmittenhohe cable car in Zell am see, Kitztienhorn and Reservoir in Kaprun are free by the card. The veiw is unbelievable. Thank you so much. A very friendly host. An example: the coffee-machine did not work at the arrival, but the host got it fixed “faster than fast”. Great little apartment with all necessary for a holiday week + a nice balcony. The Downstairs restaurant “Village Kitchen” was also very nice and an recommendation worth. An importantly is the Austrian people very friendly and it’s an amazing beautiful country.
Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!
Pension was right in centre of Zell, a perfect location. Nice village feel to Zell. Narrow streets lent themselves to a cost atmosphere. Good selection of bars and restaurants.
This house is not made for tourists, it looks like its owners accept guests there. Even if this is managed by a big vacation house operator you have a feeling that somebody is going to pop in and ask if everything's all right. It is spacious, all modern amentities are there, it's clean and it's just perfect for 3 - 4 families.
2 seperate rooms and a pull out couch .2 bathrooms . Oven which isn’t always available in self catering Austria . Location perfect , beside Bila supermarket and village centre , 5 min walk to bus and city express lift.
