The town of Schörfling itself is much less touristy than many other towns on the lakes making it a calm but convenient base for exploring the area while enjoying seeing life and traditional activities in a local community.

Everything is great, new and clean. Highly recommend this lovely apartment hotel in a beautiful Austrian village. Everything we could have think of was already available in the apartment (even a pizza cutter). The owner is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. In the apartment itself I guess the top feature was the shower. Has a bunch of different buttons, features and directions of water flow. Very nice.

We spent a few days here and we can highly recommend it! Lovely, peaceful, clean place, fully equiped, comfortable beds, wondeful view to the hills and meadow, very nice owners. Just a few minutes from the lake and around 10min from the centre (train). Good starting point to the trips in this area.
