It is a very nice modern small hotel with studios. I would recommend, as we stayed, a studio on ground level, for the possibility to stay on the terrace in the morning -- ours was facing the sunrise and it was wonderful! In the room you can find everything, including a lot of tips about what you can do around, coffee machine with some coffee pods to start with and all the needed tools. I loved it, it is walking distance to restaurants and from behind of it there is hiking trail to the mountain. Very easy to check in, everything is digitalised. It has a garage (quite big) and some parking places outside as well.

We can only recommend the apartments. We found it by chance on booking.com and don't understand how it could be vacant - it is perfect, spacious, luxurious, in a wonderful location in Rauris that is not as touristy as others, making it a quiet place for a family holiday. The apartments are in their first summer season this year, after their first winter season. We didn't find a single fault with the apartments. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, including courtesy from the owners (homemade marmalade and bread). About the apartment facilities: The kitchen is really well equipped (all dishes, cutlery, different types of glasses, but also hand whisk, oven, dishwasher, two coffee machines - one for capsules, the other for drip coffee), toaster, kettle. The whole apartment is in a beautiful simple and modern style, everything is absolutely functional. There is also a sauna, which you will enjoy especially on cold or winter days. From the bedrooms on the ground floor you can go straight to the small garden or sit on the armchairs; from the main, living area of the apartment you have access to the seating on the balcony. The hosts are very nice, helpful, communicated with us via whatsup immediately after booking and were in touch throughout our stay (when we needed to know anything). If you want, they will also give you tips on excursions, program and restaurants in the area. So on behalf of our family - full points and higly recommended. We know we will come back here again.

Marina is an excellent host that made us feel like we are friends of the family. And she went out of her way to accommodate our extra wishes. Kids loved her. She borrowed us scarves for skiing from her own kids. The rooms are sparkling clean. They are small but sufficient. There is a lovely terrace. The house is just new and beautiful.We could play with baby rabbits and see other little animals too. The breakfast was wonderful, we had everything we need. The skiing resort is very good quality and it isn't full, which makes it quite relaxing to ski.
