Very well-situated apartment, a great place to start your hike or winter sports activities. Everything was very clean, and organized and was/felt like new. The app that you need to get into the house takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. We forgot some stuff when we left and the owner was very responsive and kind with shipping it to us.

Finished to an extremely high standard, large & spacious social kitchen dining living area on bottom floor with terrace onto "FlorySee" (a mini lake/large pond). Also connected to the terrace is the spacious and luxurious spa area, perfect to jump into the FlorySee after a very pleasant and large sauna. 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms and a children's room with double beds upstairs. Floor to ceiling windows, under floor heating, ensuites in every room, and a general vibe of pleasantness at the house. Garage, large warm ski room, driveway, ski in and ski out - unless you opt to go apres ski a stone's throw down the road - totally recommend! Fun stuff to do at the few bars and restaurants in Hinterthal, where everyone is in a mood to relax and enjoy their holiday. Oh and I forgot to mention the fantastic skiing and snowboarding both on an off piste in one of the higher areas of the Austrian mountains with a better chance of great conditions with some very nice mountain restaurants/bars/afternoon parties. We really enjoyed our stay and hope you do too.
