A wonderful home in a magical landscape. Anita and Franz Aschauer are the perfect hosts. Friendly, warm, welcoming, funny and full of valuable information about the region, it’s sights, natural wonders and walking paths. The room is comfortable with a balcony where you can sit and watch for deer or rabbits in the neighbouring woods or reed patches. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. A lovely spread, sweet and savoury, fresh rolls, sliced bread, boiled egg, coffee - what more could you want?!

We rented one of the apartments and felt instantly at home. The photos on booking.com are a little outdated, as Frau Leo has since redecorated. She is also a very friendly host and made sure that we lacked of nothing.

What a nice surprise to find this gem! The house was surprisingly spacious and I need everything I need. Do go there on the weekend! You can enjoy night market (mostly wine) on Friday night and fresh fruits, vegetables and sausage market on Saturday morning.
