I'd give some extra stars to the hosts, they were extremely nice all the time, and it felt like they were always available if needed, but not at all in any intrusive way. Magical.
Also, I managed to hurt myself skiing, the hosts booked me a doctor and drove me to the clinic, waited me outside and then drove back. I cannot express how great they were.

Great modern apartment, lovely warm gas fire to look forward to after a ski day. Cozy apartment was perfect for a couple and dog. Ski room in the basement. Lots of parking outside. Open fields and river nearby for walking the dog, very convenient. Easily accessible recycling facilities. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Hosts left us some nibbles and beers. Was nice to have after a long drive.

We have stayed for only one night in the downstairs apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, garden and outside area was a great bonus for our children. It was really peaceful and the view was breathtaking, we would not hesitate to come back.

The property was very clean, has a beautiful interior and quiet. The space was sufficient for four people considering, as tourist, we were out most of the day. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the location also was very convenient as it was only a few minutes walk to the center of the village and very near to the river bank. The property was fully equipped with everything that a person would need especially the kitchen. The people managing the property were amazingly helpful and very welcoming… it really felt like home.
My stay in this authentic Austrian farm was unforgettable, offering stunning views and a unique atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else in the village. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, making me feel right at home. With fast internet and a comfortable bed, it had everything I needed. This place was so special, I wouldn't trade it for a hotel stay. Highly recommended for a truly memorable experience.

It had everything needed for cooking at home. We haven't noticed any noise from neighboring apartments in the same building or from the surrounding area. The view from the balcony is nice.
The place is great: the location is convenient to everything in the village. There is a great hike along the hill to Bad Gastein that features a tunnel that can be done even in winter. The place comes with free passes to the Alpentherme that can be used every day (I went 3 times). It's immaculately clean and smells nice, the kitchen has all the appliances and dishes needed, the view is gorgeous even if the weather is bad. The host was very friendly and stopped by the last evening to collect the local fees. Highly recommend!
