Very pleasant, comfortable and well-kept house, a kind of small penthouse on top of the owner's house with its own entrance and higher than the surrounding houses, giving you a lot of privacy and a panoramic view of the sea, the forests and the mountains. Magnificent sunsets and very friendly and hospitable host. Beautiful hiking trails of the Southern Coastal Trail run close to the house, branching off to almost deserted beaches. Piqeras itself is a small village with very friendly people, a nice tavern, a few small shops for basic amenities and located directly on the main road and therefore a good base for exploring southern Albania.

Maria is an excellent host, very kind and extraordinarily generous. The apartment is very spatious with a nice and cool courtyard to chill in hot days. The apartment is very accommodating and the owners are helpful. The absolute plus of the accommodation is the outer space, it is gorgeous! It is being taken care of with lots of love, there are so many nice corners to just relax and look at the sea... Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it a lot since we had quiet some rain (beginning of April). If the weather is nice, you probably don't even want to leave the house!
