We were incredibly fortunate to have the place completely to ourselves and felt like we had won the lottery!! The location was breathtaking. The onsite caretaker was attentive but also gave us space as a family. We really appreciated his help and friendliness. We cannot recommend this place enough. A slice of paradise!!!!

Julie and Diego, the hosts, are some of the nicest most accommodating hosts/people I have ever met. Ask them about the Whale Shark tour because Diego has been doing them for 20 years and it was such an incredible experience and the ceviche made on the boat was delicious! My favorite part about the house was the pool - we lived in it! I slept in the master suite and the bed was so comfy I slept like a rock! We had some trouble with the AC the first night but Julie was right there to help figure it out! Truly a dream vacation!

Architecture & overall decor of the place is beautiful. Staff is very helpful, they helped us to book a boat tour & also suggested places to eat. 5-7min walking distance from the centro & some good restaurants.
Niceee beach are, good to walk along beach areas, catamarans, jet skies, boating and other activities were pretty decent. Breakfast was good, could be better ( hot coffee would be great) waiter and waitresses were friendly, service good and not so good at times! Location was very good for us! Overall was good and we had a good time! But there is room for improvement in service areas and front desk particularly evening shift! Concierge and tour services were very good, friendly, prompt and great information!
It was clean and owner tries to help with wifi actively. Beach access alltough very small between some boats and the waterski rental.
We loved the location and the staff were very kind, they looked after our luggage for us for the day whilst we went on a boat trip.
Great host, comfortable apartment and lovely location. A great spot near the hotel zone with being in the strip. And he even sent us lots of great recommendations for things in the area. There are a lot of fishing boats and restaurants with fresh seafood nearby.
This hotel was a real gem of a find. It's right on the lagoon which is stunning and the rooms and staff are top notch. It's not 5 star but it felt it given the stunning location and how helpful the staff were. Food was also very good, reasonably priced and open all day. Only 150 pesos to get in town and they have a great affiliate who does private boat trips which i'd recommend. Take some mosquito spray and be sure to see the sun rise on the lagoon it was majestically still
I like the pool, the friendly staff, the easy access to the dive boat dock. The meal prices are very reasonable. The desk staff helped me book two snorkel tours for reasonable prices and were able to call me a taxi when I needed it.
