Everything was perfect. Amazing location, a short 5 min walk from the boat pier. Friendly attentive staff. Great rooms. Lovely pool area. Very pretty and clean. Bike and pool towel hire, and laundry service provided.
Very nice clean facility with delicious food and friendly staff. Mario supported us with everything and organised bikes, laundry, return boat and everything we need. Highly recommended.
This was a fantastic stay - the location was excellent and the facilities were lovely. Most of all the staff were so friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular went out of his way to find us a boat and car to take us to the airport at a very early hour, and made sure we were ok to get there in the dark by personally taking us to the port. We could not have made this work without him and are extremely grateful for his help. We look forward to coming back, and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gili Air!
Very nice and clean pool, nice room, nice bathroom, and breakfast. It's a very instagram friendly place. The staff was especially helpful and helped us organize a speed boat to go to Gili T. It's close to the beach.
Highly recommend this hotel to stay on the island. Just consider that it’s on the opposite side of the boat drop off. Staff is amazing thanks a lot for everything!
Lovely cottages in the beach with beautiful views. Location is perfect for exploring the area and other islands by local boat transport. Restaurants very close and excellent.
Outstanding customer service from before the start to the end! Every private transfer, private boat tour etc perfectly organised! The private villa looked better than the photos. Dinner was delicious. The quiet beach area the hotel is in made the huge difference as I wasn’t keen on the backpackers super busy Gili T so location was excellent! Of course you’re also very close to cycle to that area.
It was nice and very good located Nice people and friendly staff Rooms were nice, as well the bathroom Breakfast was good right in the restaurant next door If you’re a diver it’s perfect for you Right next to the hotel is a place to book snorkeling trips, the guy is very friendly and booked a trip for us, also at a very good price and everything went very easy We also booked a private boat with him to bring us to Gili Meno
On the Beach , 2 swimming pools, very good breakfast, very good dinner with live music in every evening, easy to find a boat for snorkeling and islands Gili tour, very good massage with Nisa and Eka.
Beautiful little place to stay. Looks exactly like in the pictures, very simple and rustic but has everything you need. Complementary water and iced tea offered by hosts. No hot water and bathroom is located downstairs for single room. Walking distance to boat drop off, main street and lovely cafés. Just bare in mind it is located 1 block away from mosque. So bringing earplugs can be a good idea, specially during ramada.
