I find the location here very convenient for visiting famous places in Hanoi. It will only take you 5 minutes to get to the Opera House and another 5 minutes to go to Hoa Lo Prison. The bedroom here is very good and clean; the Wi-Fi in the room is very strong, which is great for making video calls. I feel comfortable staying here. The staff here are really great; they are very friendly. Esspecially Alex Tran suggested a sightseeing boat trip in Trang An to me, This hotel is an excellent choice for your journey!
The hotel is in a convenient location, quiet, and close to Hoan Kiem Lake and outlets. Please pay attention to the museum's opening and closing timings, as it may be closed on Mondays. The accommodation is really clean, and the patio design is also very nice. Sulli, the front-desk receptionist, is particularly friendly and eager. I reserved a two-day, one-night tour to Ha Long from the hotel. Jimmy introduced it to me. I was able to go on a boat ride and visit the stunning Ha Long Bay. I will surely return next time!
Friendliest staff. Great breakfast. Large rooms with windows over looking the city. Perfect location. Many tours they can help you with. Perfect for solo travelers they let me join a group tour for Halong Bay Boat stay to save me money. Sky bar has amazing views. Large beds but a lil too firm or hard for my back. I suggested for them to get some memory foam or pillow toppers for foreign travelers who need soft beds.
Very friendly and helpfull staff that made our stay an unforgettable experience. The room and breakfast were also very good.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Super helpfull and well organized hotel Manager (Pepper), who helped us to organize our trips to other cities, boat tours etc. removing lots of hustle from our heads.
Staff were really helpful from sorting us SIM cards to booking us a fantastic cruise in Lan Ha Bay with luxury transfers to the boat and onwards to Ninh Binh.
Our room on the 8th floor was clean, comfy, v quiet and we even had a view of the lake. There is a lift to save you legs. Location is fantastic in the old quarter which we explorered on foot.
Breakfast was lovely we are now addicted to Pho for breakfast.
