Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
- A modern hotel in an excellent location
- Private bathroom
- hot, cold and sparkling water available
- Modern design
- Some rooms have a view of the WTC
- A short walk from the subway
- A short walk from the boat to the Statue of Liberty
Location, next to restaurants, sport bars, shops, Musical, theaters, cinemas, tours ( even the Statue Liberty Tour with the big boats starts close to this hotel !!!!! ) 15 min walk !
The rooms are small but well organised, clean and an excellent view to the lights and shine of New York City life. The lift is nice, decoration is very welcoming. The pool is beautiful, the bar with the DJ and view , wow …. Loved it 😍
Location was great - right next to WTC so great for Metro links, could walk in 10 mins to boat to Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. A few places to eat at night around about.
Loved the nautical design touches, like cubby holes by the bedside that could hold your book, a phone and a glass of water and looked like something you would find on a boat.
We enjoyed the close proximity to the city center as we were seeing a show on Broadway so it was just a 10min walk. The entrance to the hotel was very nice, quite enjoyed the feel of being on a boat/luxury ship. The size and layout of the room was nice as well, considering we were upgraded at no cost.
The maritime hotel transports you into a boat compartment the moment you cross your room door with a love to detail only seen in boutique hotels. From the furniture, to the classic wood finishes, to the window designs, you will be overtaken by the feeling of floating in a cozy boat cabin while looking at Manhattan’s skyline through the round window.
Very conveniently located in Manhattan, where you can find pretty much anything you need within easy walking distance. The area was safe, and well taken care of for the most part. The cost savings are definitely there, if you're visiting on a tight budget, or looking for a place to stay on short notice - which was definitely the boat I was in when visiting NYC.
Overall, not the best experience, but definitely affordable and well located
Perfect location. Right near the 9/11 Museum and Subway stations. A few mins walk to docks for boats to the Statue of Liberty. Clean, comfortable and very good price for the location.
Location was perfect! We walked almost everywhere! Times Square, Central Park, boat cruise, Musicals, all easy walking distance! Great buffet breakfast and staff were so helpful!!
The localization. It’s nearest of twin towers, subway and others famous place such as wall street and boat to statue of liberty
