Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The staff were overwhelmed, but nice. The lady at the desk said the new owners were putting some money into the place to try and clean it up. In my opinion, they should just bulldoze and start over. Some of the folks in line to check in were super nice, and all kind of in the same boat as I was with nicer hotels sold out or too far out of the way.
We stayed in a river front room and it really made the whole experience! We enjoyed seeing the city lights and watching boats on the river. we even saw a pod of Dolphins swimming in the river! Also, the beds were very comfortable!

It was a great stay, at a great price . We got to see the jax. Fla. Boat parade from our hotel window an other great views from the 12 the floor . The beds were amazing
