Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Perfect stylish accommodation, wonderful owner, nothing was a problem. He handed us the keys in front of the yacht, explained everything. The yacht was clean, towels and toiletries available, perfect breakfast. I'm giving it a 10 for the first time because there really wasn't anything to complain about. I look forward to my next visit! Great staff, nice quiet central location. Beds fine, tho I didn't need enough room for 3 people. Very friendly environment, including the lady who set up, cleaned the rooms - she offered to clean my room whenever I wanted. The location is super central, far enough away but close enhough. to transit (tram) as well as boatloads of restaurants and shops (a short walk). there' a lovely restaurant right at the end of the street. Its a super charming area.
The staff is incredibly friendly, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with very good airconditioning.
The location is close to a metro line that goes to the center. Alternatively there is a large park nearby if you'd rather go for a less crowded walk.
Some nice restaurants (even one of a boat) in the neighborhood as well.
The kitchen was the most amazing thing! It was tinier than a small boat galley, but it was extremely well-stocked and efficient. It had everything we could have wanted.
Bathroom like on a boat., TV only antenna stations from Rome no CNN or MSNBC 18" on each side of bed to get in. Air conditioning $10.00 extra.....REALLY
The staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating, helping us get taxis and always interested in that we had everything we needed. The breakfast included cappuccino, cereals, different variety of croissants, yogurt, juices, and hard-boiled eggs. The location was close to a number of restaurants and sites in Trastevere and near the Tiber, fun for a boat ride. We traveled with young children, and the staff were exceptionally kind to them.
The room was decent, clean and as expected. Quite small though for 2 people (like a big-size boat cabin). Staff was helpful and communication was easy. 25-30 min walk to the nearest metro. 2 min walk to the nearest tram. 60 min walk to colosseum. Not ideally located but not bad either. Cleaning room service 7-8 out of 10. Quiet location. Value for money. I would not recommend it for more than 2-3 nights in a row (for 2 people) due to the small size.
Location, the location couldn't have been better. Near my favorite pizza restaurant in Rome! And my partner cannot walk as far as others and this was the perfect location for us, we could walk everywhere we wanted to see within 15 minutes. And as a bonus the hop on hop off boat was right on the Tiber near by. Had everything I could have wanted, iron/board and even a toaster! Our host even helped us with a 6:00am cab to the airport in the morning!
