    Very beautiful property. Kristen especially was exceptional. He was extremely helpful with helping us book restaurants, boat tours and more which made our trip to Sardinia so seem less. The team at breakfast were divine. The service was amazing and food and coffee 10/10

    The property was sparkling clean, all amenities new and the room well organized. The attention to details was fantastic, window covers for perfect light for sleeping, from umbrellas for the beach to racks for drying our clothes and towels from the beach. Free service for cleaning and room towels washing. The host has also provided a full list of all beaches with reservation tips, list of restaurants and things to see on the island and also the best boat trip . It was PERFECT!

    If you're looking for a place that isn't like the usual hotel, but more like a friends place to stay at, this is the choice then. The owner is absolutely wonderful and took great care of us. She even took us to see dolphins on her boat or, when we couldn't get a taxi, drove us to the airport on our last day. So really, one is made feel welcome and at home at this place; and I will have wonderful memories from that one week we stayed there. - Also, the outside kitchen is amazing. My friend and I already promised to come back...

    We loved the view and how homely the apartment felt - a great base for us as a family to explore the north east of Sardinia. It was close to the airport and car hire, with main roads in and out of Olbia very easy to access. We were able to shop at euro spin and travel to lots of beaches. The apartment is close to the marina for boat trips out snorkeling and seeing dolphins and A day trip up to aqua dream water park with the kids was also a great day out.

    The location is very good, right next to the main street but on a quiet little alley. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equiped. The original paintings are amazing, it's like living inside an art gallery for a few days. Alessandra is a lovely host who gave me very good recommendations for restaurants and activities, even put me in contact with people who organize boat trips. She is also very responsive to special requests from her guests.

    Very nice stay in this hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is close by beautiful beach and some nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We went for a boat trip to La Maddalena from Palau, so it was a perfect location to stay.

    The location was great! About 5-10 minutes walking from the centre. What I really liked is that, even though it was close to the centre it was in a really calm and quite area. I slept great. The apartment is really pretty and has a great bathroom and kitchen. The host was kind enough to leave some groceries as well as toothbrushes, laundry pods, sunscreen as well as other toilletries in the apartment. I really appreciated this after a week on a boat with very limited comfort, especially the AC :)

    This family business does a great job keeping the rooms welcoming, well equipped and comfortable. The beds were great! It is conveniently located by many shops, we were able to get stuff for our upcoming boat trip.
