    Marina was an excellent hostess, very helpfull and gave us really good tips cocerning do’s and dont’s, good when you are new in town. Tips on restaurants, boats, trains everything.     It had a great central location in LaSpezia to the port, train, shopping and restaurants. Erica was very informative about the apartments, information about local area and suggestions on visiting the Cinque Terra area by boat and train. That information was appreciated and very helpful.

    Unbeatable location and I enjoy being on a boat, spent many years holidaying on yachts and cruisers so I knew what to expect. It's a wonderful old wooden boat, the cabins and bathrooms are basic, don't expect luxury.
