Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Amazing hospitality. The hosts did everything for me to have an amazing vacation. I stayed there for 3 nights. I had a bit of ear pain when I arrived so they put me in contact with a doctor on the phone who advised what to do next. They helped me organise a boat trip when the originally planned one was cancelled. Location is in the middle of the old town so I expected to be noisy but I was on the sea side so I could not hear anything else but the sea. Breakfast was very good.
Great Breakfast, Friendly staff. Super cleanliness everywhere! Nice little beach with free use of paddle board and kayaks. Our family loved using the paddle boat.

Good sized apartment with big balcony. Loved the private beach and free access to the paddle boats/ kayaks ect. The breakfast was also great and the parking was very helpful.
The location is excellent with access to the beautiful beach steps away from your room. Our kids 10/16 absolutely loved using the peddle boats, kayaks etc. Fabio and all the staff(family) are extremely friendly and helpful. Arranged restaurant reservations for us(great suggestions to complement our own choices) and taxis. Would definitely return to this property.
We loved Balconi Bellavista. Amazing place, Great communication and helpfulness including wtih arranging parking and even restaurant suggestions. What an absolutely outstanding VRBO experience. one of the best we have had. We even were able to arrange a boat aperitivo tour with Balconi and it was amazing as well. What great places in a lovely city. We will come again! :)
Location! In the centre of the lovely historic town, and our room had a sea view. Breakfast every morning was typically Sicilian, served with a smile and eaten while admiring the sea view with yachts and fishing boats sailing by. Our room had excellent air conditioning and was clean and modern. Beach towels and parasol were provided.
