The location is incredible! Being in the middle of the park, you can sit out or get boat rides and see wildlife multiple times a day. The staff are incredible at making sure you have anything you need, and catering to your preferences. It was incredibly relaxing staying here, such a unique location, I couldn’t recommend more.
We really loved Green View, and their sister hotel Green Valley Vista in Munnar. Suresh was so kind and helpful. Lovely rooms with balconies overlooking the beautiful garden with birds, butterflies and occasional monkeys! Clean and comfortable. Great location...walking distance to everything. We highly recommend it. We did the morning boat trip and morning Green Walk and saw plenty of animals. The Kalari at 6pm is brilliant....highly recommended. Much more than martial arts. This is a lovely place to chill for a few days.
The staff are well behaved and the owner is very cooperative.
Morning breakfast was good and the best part was the location. This property is very close to a lot of activities happening around - boating, kalari arts etc. This place feels like home due to the cottage vibe and the ambience.

• Easy walking & hiking paths straight from accommodation.
• Good local traditional food offered on site.
The owners were fabulous, very welcoming and extremely helpful. We were taken wherever we pleased at no extra cost and had coffee on request also at no extra cost. The breakfast was delicious 😋 We got laundry done for a small fee.
Lawrence was also very helpful and informative.
He booked tickets for our boat trip, nature walk and evening shows. Bird watching around the property was amazing and we also saw black monkeys nearby.
Our stay at Chrissie’s hotel was really enjoyable. We especially liked the great food and the rooftop pool. The location was perfect both for visiting the national park for trekking/boating and for walking into the town. They also organised a Tuktuk to take us to various local places of interest and another to take us to Munnar when we left. The manager and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We hope to return again next year with family. We would recommend staying here to everyone.
What a magical place! We spotted mongoose on the boat ride there, 6 elefants in the evening just on the opposite side of the lake and lots of monkeys in the morning. Great food as well!
This property was really unique and I was very happy to have spent 3 nights here, 2 nights in the houseboat and 1 night in the treehouse.
Would definitely recommend this guesthouse because of its authenticity, views and great food. The owner and caretakers also were very helpful in arranging activities and driving me to the bus station with the tuktuk.
