Jude the manager at the front desk was very helpful. He went out of his way and was accessible past work hours to help us book a ride back to the hotel one night.
He also helped us with a change in the number of people traveling and finding us a house boat rental.
They don't offer room service, but they accommodated us one night when we were too tired to dine at the restaurant. Very hospitable.
Manager Anup Kumar gave us excellent services during our stay. He arranged for us Houseboat and Taxis during our stay.

A+1 is the location. Walk anywhere or easy to grab a public bus or auto rickshaw. Fantastically kind host who gives the best advice for cultural events and backwater canoeing. (Avoid houseboats as they are loud, expensive & pollute the beautiful backwaters.) The breakfast is adequate and there is 24 hour access to a kitchen with drinking water.
beautiful heritage style properly which is brand new, really clean and comfortable and Narish the host is a wonderful man who is helped us so much with are trip! he also has house boats in allepey which look amazing so if that’s ok your list speak to him before hand !
The host was amazing, he helped us organise everything we wanted to do including a trip to munnar and a house boat in Alleppey. He found a few different quotes for us as well. Room was good, beds a little hard but very good value for money and good location
Everything is top notch and the view is best in Kochi.
