Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
This villa is beautiful, comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for something close to Ubud (5 min taxi at $4 away) but set in a relaxing environment then this is the place. The staff could not be more helpful as they arranged tours, taxis, massages and boat tickets to Gili for us and even cut down fresh fruit from the trees for us to enjoy. We met every staff member there and they were all incredible. There are also amazing local restaurants (Swiss Cottage and Fuzion were both good) and a supermarket all within walking distance.
Beautiful guest house in the middle of the rice fields. The street to access the hotel is pleasant.
The garden, the swimming pool and the view... everything is perfect and peaceful.
The front desk agent is helpful, very kind and friendly.

The hosts, a wonderful family, are really great! One of the best host we ever had! They can arrange transportation for every place you want, including fastboat to Gili Islands. The villas are exquisite! Really near from the center of Ubud but far from the noise! Excellent breakfast! Really quite place to enjoy! We would come back!!
Everything. The beds were comfy, the staff were so krill and friendly. They helped us book tours, sorted out bikes for us and collected us from the airport and helped drop us off at the boat ports. The location was perfect , walking distance to some restaurants and a quick 5 minute drive into UBUD main town and Monkey Forest.
The staff were particularly the best, they were so friendly and helpful. They even packed a good breakfast for our hike to Mount Batur. We would stay there again.

Also while my stay although was a bit annoying not using kitchen facilities, after two days remodel was finished. Kitchen had more space to store dry food and prepare meals.
Loved everything about this sweet hidden gem. The facilities were more than enough. The staff were amazing! Brekky was delicious! My partner and I felt so safe staying here and had a great relationship with the staff by the end of our stay. They organised all our boats and transfers to our next stay and we couldn’t be more grateful. The owner offered to drive us to our ATV and rafting tour and then completed the day by stopping by Luwak Coffee Cafe. So grateful to have stayed at The Village! We will be back again and again and again!
We wanted to relax somewhere quiet and clean and Wayans property was that; set in a beautiful garden around a very clean pool with a fresh breakfast each morning, We hired a scooter to get out and about thru the property and taxi to get a boat. Tv AC fridge and good wifi, slept well.
The owner and her employee are very kind, helpful and flexible. They let us check in early, helped us book a boat ticket when we had left it very last minute, gave advice about taxi prices and were flexible with timings for breakfast.
The property is really lovely and is in a compound with the owner’s home, so you can always speak to her. The pool is great and there’s a cosy atmosphere with lots of plants.
The room was comfortable and clean.

A beautiful place to stay. Our room was gorgeous and breakfast was great! The staff are so fun and friendly. We caught to speedboat to Gili Air the next day so location was excellent and the hotel provided transportation for us.
Everything and the woman who worked was really nice and helped us with organizing a boat to the gili. Furthermore the scooter was also great.
