The group taking over the premises were great, considering that every group arriving were in the same boat as us and would have received the very annoyed people arriving for a holiday. Not all would have brought extra cash to pay again for the room/s booked in advance.

Beautifull location. Very special and nice rooms. The staff is soo friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Did also do the breakfast withe roomservice and once with a floating boat. Sooo nice. Thanks for having us!!

Loved this hotel it is spotless clean & the staff cannot do enough for you. Felicia organised all our boat transfers to Gili & Nusa for a great price, got our laundry done & also held our luggage until we return in 10 days time. Unfortunatley we could not use the pool area as it rained all day but on a sunny day it would be beautiful to chill out. Great location to all bars & resturants, I cannot recommend this hotel enough

The staff were exceptional! They everyone was friendly and went above to help. We booked a few tours and their help and advice was fantastic! Our next stop was Nusa Ceningan and the staff helped us to book a tour to Nusa penida, including snorkeling, the boat and transport to Nusa ceningan and both boat back to the main land and taxi to our next hotel. They were happy to make calls to check information and and get us a great deal. The staff well and truely exceeded our expectations and would love to stay here again.

The location was excellent but most importantly the staff was very courteous. There was a person in night duty he specifically helped us a lot while booking our cab and speed boat from Padang Bai to Gili T. The food at the restaurant was also delicious.

The villa that we stayed in was amazing, private and secluded from the busy streets of Seminyak. The staff were amazing and on hand for anything that we needed, they came to our villa every morning to cook breakfast for us - even at 6am one day when we were getting an early boat. The pool is lovely and so much space in the villa. Good location also with lots of restaurants and shops around.

Fantastic staff. Incredibly helpful. Adi helped us arrange our boat transport to Gili and Nusa Lembongan, even remaining a point of contact (on whatsapp) after we left. Rooms were huge (maybe even too huge) and very nicely furnished. Room service was good. Amenities provided were good. Bathroom very nice - great shower!
