    The place was super clean! No mosquitoes which was amazing since I stayed during the rainy season. Was really nice to come stay in a clean guest house after spending two weeks in Sumbawa and Flores island where level of cleanliness is a bit lower over there. Also it was quiet. Close enough walk to take the boat to surf airport reef breaks.

    It's close enough to the airport that you can walk here in under 10 minutes, which I did. Will depend on baggage of course. The rooms are fairly new and it shows. Everything is in new condition, and everything works. Bed, linen etc of high standard. Short walk to Jerman beach, which has boats moored but is still swimmable. At least 4 good restaurant options nearby offering affordable local cuisine.

    Old but beautifully maintained property. Best sunset from beach side restuarant which is on property. Surf break out front but need boat. Staff are well mannered and well trained. Nice tennis court and basketball court. Ocean and sunset view from our room. Best money changer in town with heaps better rates than the street. Massive breakfast buffet to suit all nationalities.
