    Everything was so great. The staff was there for every need. They helped us book excursions and fast boats for on and off the island. They even decorated the villa for our daughter’s birthday and helped arrange a birthday cake. The villa was so beautiful with everything you need to make your stay as best as possible. The pool was great and clean. We really can’t say anything bad about this place. It was our own little oasis and we recommend everyone to stay here when they’re coming to Gili Trawangan.

    Outstanding customer service from before the start to the end! Every private transfer, private boat tour etc perfectly organised! The private villa looked better than the photos. Dinner was delicious. The quiet beach area the hotel is in made the huge difference as I wasn’t keen on the backpackers super busy Gili T so location was excellent! Of course you’re also very close to cycle to that area.

    We intended to stay one night to catch the fast boat the next morning however it was cancelled so we stayed for two nights. First night in a deluxe room, the second night in the basic room. Both rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable and facilities were all good. The location is extremely good, you walked out the alley of the hotel and you're on the port, perfect for someone like us who had very heavy backpacks. Breakfast was served to your room, this was also a good quality.

    Planned to stay only for 2 nights and ending up there over 10. Probably THE best hostel on Gili T with the greatest staff. They offer every day activities like snorkeling, sunset boat or beer pong tournaments and on top every night you can sign up for free dinner at the hostel and after they do drinking games and you can leave together to Tequila Sunrise bar. In this hostel you will never be alone and it’s easy to make friends around the world.
