Owner made our feel like home by always being there when we needed him providing us with many recommendations, in addition he helped us book boat trips and a rent a scooter that was delivered right outside the hotel.
Location was brilliant, right across from the yachts, absolutely perfect for us. Our lovely hostess met us and helped us download an app to get in and she let us have a late checkout and store our gear till our yacht was ready for boarding. Dini could not have been more helpful. Highlly recommend!
The location was excellent. The flats considering price-quality were perfect. The manager George was super friendly and helpful. The garden was nicely located along a hot bakery in other words fresh Greek pastries at breakfast every morning.Given the bad weather on 05/09, we were allowed to check out very late until our boat arrived around 2pm instead of 11am. Flat was also very close to the centre ideal for visiting centre and other beach resorts.
I loved everything about this place! It was modern, private, pool was the perfect size, and honestly the most breathtaking sunsets from the pool and outdoor space! Would definitely go back! Vlatko the host was a superstar! He met us on the first day to go over the island, what to see and do. He knew everyone on the island. He gave us contacts and phone numbers of restaurants, beach clubs, boat rentals and also planned our week with just see and do. Always responded right away. Excellent experience.
What a view!! Absolutely spectacular vista on Skiathos, Skopelos, boats & ships moving around. Wow!
Plus, being on top of the mountains means much cooler & fresher during the evenings & nights.

The location and setting is awesome lovely views - you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by and just chill by the dipping pool. Outside space is lovely.
The location of this hotel is beyond belief. You are central in a way that is probably not matched with any other on the island. You are just in the middle of everywhere; boats, restaurants, clubs, market, bar area .. while maintaining the privacy and seclusion that makes this a truly perfect location.
We had a double room with a sea view. Could sit on our balcony and enjoy the beautiful view across the bay with the sailing yachts and other boats. Was very surprised to see that we even had a mini kitchen. Just what we neeed for a short stay.
