    My family and I had a great time at the apartment By the sea. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is situated right at a small private beach. The location is perfect for exploring the rest of the island. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the description. What we liked most was the big and comfortable terrace overlooking the sea and the boats sailing around. Last but not least, our host was very kind and willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

    Thank you Dimitris and Vasili for making us having a great vacation in Nikiana. The location, the room, the bar and seeming pool, everything was just wonderful and for sure if we come back to lefkada we will come back to your place. We also recommend to take the speed boat tour with Vasili.

    Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff were amazing, even taking the time to drive us to catch a boat when there was a problem with taxis. We were close to missing our boat sailing but irene ? Apologies if i have her name wrong,…. Drove us to the marina. Staff all went above and beyond to help us, spending time calling various taxis. Fabulous friendly staff.

    The room was big enough for two adults and a two year old. The sea view was very nice and they bring you everything u need for the breakfast. They front desk can arrange boat trips to nearby Skorpios Island or to famous Porto Katsiki Beach. Cosmopolitan Nidri is located a few km away so it's very easy to go for a day trip.

    A large apartment easily accommodating a family of five. Equipped with all one needs apart from a dishwasher. The location is superb, literally a few steps from the beach as the community living resort including a private garden is right ashore. Supermarket is virtually round the corner and so is a number of restaurants. A boat/sailboat/SUP//windsurf rental is about 50 metres away. Both Margie and Marios were very friendly and helpful providing all assistance and advice. Will be happy to come again!

    Great host, Clean, great view, shade, well equipped kitchen, 2 big tables with chairs outside, washing machine for your clothes, AC in every room, 2 bathrooms (only 1 of them with a shower/1 additional shower outside), you could go swim just across the street from the location, 1 minute walk to the first place you could rent a boat from, 10 minutes drive to Lefkada town, parking spot in front of the house.

    Fantastic place that everyone needs for relaxation! Highly recommended. The location is amazing, paradise on earth. Its a combination of mountain and sea, with awesome view! Our stay was excellent, we sat on the fantastic terrace and watched the boats at sea. The place is ideal for anyone wanting peace and quiet. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We stayed here only 1 night because of the proximity to Nidri and ferry boat to Kefalonia. The owners were wonderful. They helped us with all information we needed. We came late in the evening, at 11.30pm and were there just to sleep. The apartment was on the 1st floor,for 4 persons, have anything you need, small kitchenette with amenities, shower with hot water, ACC, good balcony. It was very nice and clean. I'll surely come back here again from my return trip from Kefalonia.
