Property was exceptionally clean . It is family run and they were exceptionally helpful and friendly .The location is perfect . A few minutes walk to boats to beaches , the harbour and all the beautiful shops and restaurants .Also a few minutes from car hire to take a trip up into the hills . Highly recommend .

The hotel is truly beautiful, and my room offered a stunning view. Its location, just a 2-minute walk to Naousa town, was incredibly convenient. It's close to all the shops, restaurants, bus stops, and boats, making it easy to explore the island.
Tina was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her tips on where to go and how to get there not only enriched my experience but also saved me money.
I highly recommend this hotel; it's well-equipped with everything you could need.
We feel this place was perfect in every aspect. It was homely, in a great position with excellent views as well as being close to town. Joanna our host could not have been more helpful. She provided prompt answers to our many questions, made the best breakfast that we have had and even helped organise a boat cruise when we couldn’t find one that was running.
Such a gorgeous holiday with lovely, helpful staff! They recommended and organised us a great sunset boat trip as well as booking all our taxis. Perfect location for walking into the main town for drinks/dinner as well as being 2mins walk from a mini market.
An absolutely amazing accommodation. Mina, the host was so warm and welcoming, she made the stay feel like a home away from home. Homemade breakfasts were scrumptious. The room and pool area were luxurious.The location was convenient to shops, restaurants, bus and boat trips. Can’t wait to come back 😀
The service received by Kosta and family was exceptional. They were warm, kind and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience, while visiting the wonderful island of Paros. The hotel is located approximately 10minutes by foot to the center. It's worth having a car to visit the beautiful beaches in Paros, which Kosta can arrange, otherwise boat + bus are easy alternatives.

Really lovely swimming pool and sun loungers, excellent after a busy, hot day. The hosts and Maria in particular, is just so helpful and kind, she helped arrange quad bikes and boat trips for us. The location is really good too, just a short 10 min walk in to the centre of town, but also quiet and peaceful.
AMAZING! We had a fantastic stay at Piperaki Project. Kostas, the owner and manager, provided us with incredible recommendations - including for restaurants - and helped us book experiences - including a private, unskippered boat charter. Our room was fantastic, and the proximity to Naossa was a huge plus! 10/10 would recommend and come back!
The hotel was ideally situated close to the old town of Naoussa with its winding streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants. All the hotel staff were extremely attentive and polite. Christina helped us to organise a fantastic boat trip with Captain Yannis and was very helpful when I managed to fall and sprain my ankle while out sightseeing. She recommended the local private clinic and contacted them on my behalf. The swimming pool is beautiful and the hotel is directly opposite a long sandy beach with free sunbeds for hotel residents.
Will recommend this hotel to everyone! Great location, lovely pool area, good breakfast and clean spacious rooms. We also had a lovely sea view balcony. Honestly cannot recommend enough - only a 15 min walk to Naoussa town which was an easy walk, and Katerina was a great manager - helped us rent an ATV one day and also booked us onto a boat trip.
