Beautiful place to stay, with incredible views. It was 38 degrees in Bordeaux when I was staying there, but it is quite cool in the boat with breeze running through, but if necessary there is also air-conditioning.

The location was perfect, tram stop 100 yards from the property which was peaceful and well appointed. There was a supermarket opposite within view of the kitchen. Everything you needed was there. There were places to have coffee or a meal, within walking distance, and the tram was a few minutes to the centre of town, where there are excellent connections to buses, trams and the river boat. Also a very good Visitor centre

Breakfast was really good. Any kind of taste you can find. Location is great, so close to trams and boats. Neighborhood and hotel itself are very peaceful, I didn't hear any noise even day time. Receptionists are so friendly. The lobby of the hotel is cheerful, they serve some snacks for humans and pets as well.

really different, an experience and a bit of an adventure you can feel like a local as their boats are nearby, it’s a community feel roof deck was a nice touch and had great views of historic sub base wonderful to have kitchen to cook and a big table to sit around welcome supplies are left in fridge for breakfast you do need a car to stay here, parking is free and secure hosts are very friendly and helpful close to wine museum, maritime museum, submarine base and some great bakeries

Room was nicely equipped with good bed and view on the garden. Good shower. Quite location. Warm welcome. Excellent breakfast (you can ask what you want!) and a pleasure to stay along the swimming pool! We appreciated that the B&B had covered parking for our car and sailboat. Very well located at 15 min from the city. Tramway stop at 5 min from the hotel.

Le Bateau Ivre is an amazing place to stay! If you want to make your trip memorable, definitely book this one. I wasn’t expecting much comfort from the boat, but it actually was! In the kitchen you have everything you may need. The host is very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay for sure. Thanks for your hospitality!
