The property was beautiful! A very homely feel and fabulous decor. The bedrooms were super comfortable and clean. The staff were so lovely and friendly! The free snacks in the lobby were such a nice touch, made me feel like the hotel really cares about their guests on a deeper level than most places. I would love to return in the near future!

Waffles were really good, we loved the waffles. The eggs chewey and the potatoes blank and rubbery and the sausage just flabby, but everything else really good!!

Front desk Staff was great, even keeping in touch with us for checking time etc. Beds were very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. I worked for best westerns for 25 years and you guys are amazing for service and delivering a good product. Great job
The location was the best part of the stay. We were able to walk to get dinner and go shopping. The entrance to the Yellowstone National Park was less than 10 minutes away as well. We enjoyed the hot breakfast they had for us, and it was better than any other Best Westerns that we have stayed at before.
Nice and probably best place to stay in Sidney. Nothing special. Typical Best Western. Clean, great beds and great breakfast!

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. This was the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Had enough towels for my family which is rare. Room was great, ice machine worked great, water was hot, breakfast was good, service was excellent.
I like this hotel and have stayed there even though we have a corporate rate with Best Western across the highway
I always stay at Best westerns because I know they will never disappoint
American Airlines delayed our flight overnight and we booked this "on the fly" from the Bozeman airport when we were told there were to be no meal or hotel vouchers. Best Western provided a fabulous rate, courteous staff, and a clean comfortable room for us after we'd been 10 hours in the airport that day and were exhausted.
For us it was located to far from the city center but not bad. The breakfast wasn't good at all. Warmed up sausage and steamed biscuits 🤢 I've stayed at many other best westerns that were much better. Also there was alot of hair in the shower we had to clean which is kinda gross.the staff were super nice and we were pretty happy other than those few things.
Love the breakfast! There was so much to choose from. I don't care for a sweet high carb breakfast, which is what you see most places. Best Western offers omlette with cheese, bacon, sausage breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal and I believe they had a waffle bar. It was most definitely the best I've ever seen. I've stayed at dozens of hotels and this tops all of them by far. So nice job Best Western!! Very nice!!
