Hospitality, heated rooms, cozy feeling, desk table for laptop work. They let me leave my baggage for some time even when I checked out.

This is the best Best Western we've ever stayed. Staff were so helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Wow the breakfast was amazing.

Sure Hotel by Best Western Mannheim City is located in Mannheim city centre, just a short walk away from the Schloss Mannheim palace, the Friedrichspark and the River Rhine. Both evening and morning front desk personnel are helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Friendy staff, I love it!
