It's a homestay, not a hotel, so don't expect 24h reception, but just send a WhatsApp message and she will come running to take you to your room and explain everything like using the hot water.

They kept my luggage till I was ready to leave Hue in the evening and gave me some free bananas. They can also organize tours for you in this very historic and interesting city.
