The Inn itself is beautiful, the rooms and common rooms all decorated so tastefully, and the location was fantastic - a short drive to Acadia, or a 10 minute or less walk into the center of Bar Harbor. The breakfasts were incredible, and the extra tea/coffee/snacks provided were always welcomed. What made this place all the more special was the staff, especially Jill and Rebecca who absolutely made our stay with their warmth, hospitality, and patience with my many questions! We were there at the end of the off-season/very beginning of the busy season so it was still quiet in town, which personally we loved. Still plenty open, and made it that much more enjoyable in the park without the crowds. We will 100% be staying there again should we ever find ourselves in that part of the world again.

One of the best B & B's we stopped in on our New England adventure. Our room the Focsle although compact was comfortable, clean and had a view of the beach and seafront. The breakfasts were excellent with a different menu each morning cooked freshly to order. Both Mark and Tracy are great hosts and include many extras which makes a stay here exceptional. They are easy to get on with and have a good knowledge of the area, where to go and what to see. There are good fish restaurants within easy walking distance and more a short car journey away. It's rare to find a property of this high standard in such a peaceful location so my advice is go here and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
