Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bath and a hairdryer, while certain rooms come with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. At the inn rooms include bed linen and towels. Cleanliness was great!!! You can tell management cares about the way the property looks overall. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless.

Clean modern private in great location
I liked everything about our stay from the private balcony, the beautiful lake, the comfy bed, the clean room, to the helpful polite host!! I would highly recommend this for a couple's getaway!!
Good location, quiet, clean and with excellent service from the staff.
We had booked a double queen bed room which was quiet spacy. Room was equipped with an additional small table and chairs as well as a small fridge. Beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was provided within an on site facility offering an extra food serving.
The only Motel 6 in the US that has a fantastic view, Lake Hamilton is nearby. Feels like staying in a lodge. Quiet and safe location, comfy bed, nice room with balcony. Hot Springs NP is just a short ride away. Extremely nice check in, had a lovely chat with night manager Mr. Hensley, who was very kind and helpful.
The size of the room. Even though room was near the elevator, it was still quiet. I also like how close to the lake hotel is.

It was in an older, run-down part of town, but seemed pretty quiet. The WiFi was fine. It was a cheap place to stay.
Loved that the room had windows on both front and back sides allowing us to breathe fresh mountain air and never needed a/c or heat although gas heater and a/c worked great. Semi private balcony was relaxing in evening and having coffee in morning. Great location off the main street but within walking distance to the spring water fountain, bath row and hiking trails. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
