The location was 10 min distance from the center, for the hot water I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was all good. If we needed something, the lady would help us. I recommend 100%.

I booked a room on the bus ride down from Belgrade, messaged the owner, and he was waiting for me to check-in; a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal! I was quite surprised how many extras are placed around the room but my favorites were the black-out blinds and sufficient AC that made for comfortable sleeping in a cool, darkened room. Anything you'd need or care to see around town are within walking distance. The owner and his family were kind and most helpful, including storing luggage after check-out until time for my bus departure. I would have gladly stayed longer if there was reason to.
