The location was 10 min distance from the center, for the hot water I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was all good. If we needed something, the lady would help us. I recommend 100%.

A charming place to stay with wonderful views, great hosts and delicious food. Very convenient base for hikers who want to explore the mountains in the area.
Great location, the rooms are on the second floor with a big terrace in the middle. Right in the center but quiet because it faces a side street. Cair park is nearby, there's a grocery store down the street, and a lot of food options not far away. It comes with a nice breakfast that was a treat!

Clean and quiet, a great location, very close to the city centre.
Spacious room and private parking behind the building. Two sinks in the bathroom so you do not need to wait each other if you are a family with kids. Quiet street close to big park and not too far from Nis city centre. I would definitely stay again if I will visit Nis.

Great location, private parking in the backyard of the hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was excellent and tasty, with many options (meat, eggs, salads, sweets, etc) The room is very big and comfortable, with all needed amenities. Even though it's in the center of the city, rooms are quiet. The desing of the whole hotel (especially room) is beautiful and simple. Wifi working all over the place. Bar&restaurant in the lobby. The hotel parking was full, but they offered us nearby public garage on their expence
